Hand-making a cup of coffee is an art and great care is taken in the production of Costa coffee.

The same unique blend, Mocha Italia, has been used since 1971 and to this day it is roasted at Costa's own roastery in Lambeth. Each stage of the process is carefully managed and fully traceable from farm to cup.

It is this attention to detail that has earned Costa a reputation for high-quality coffee. In fact, in blind taste tests seven out of ten customers prefer Costa cappuccino to high street rivals Café Nero and Starbucks.

We ensure that every barista is trained to Costa standards and that the perfect cup of coffee is served every time to provide our customers with the quality they've come to expect from the high street.

Costa combines premium quality coffee with an ethical approach to sourcing. 30% of all beans are sourced from Rainforest Alliance certified farms with Fairtrade also on offer. A percentage of profit is donated to the Costa Foundation, a charitable programme which supports communities in the eight countries from which Costa coffee beans are sourced.

Our licensed Costa sites offer the same food range found on the high street. Customers can sample a selection of pastries, sandwiches and paninis or treat themselves to sweet Italian classics like biscotti and panettino.
